The story

We built Lwazi AI because we were losing leads ourselves.

Avolvia is a revenue architecture company. Our own lead form used to sit unanswered for two to three days. Which is most of the deal gone. We tried offshore BDRs. We tried chatbots. We tried SMS autoresponders. Nothing got us under ten minutes.

Is this POPIA compliant?

Yes. Every call includes a consent prompt. Recordings and transcripts are stored in South Africa on Google Cloud infrastructure. Data subjects can request deletion at any time.

Which CRMs does it connect to?

RevARC (Avolvia's own revenue platform, native), and any CRM via webhook or API. If you want a single stack, the full Avolvia pipeline (RevARC + Lwazi AI + pipeline automation) is the cleanest path. Can I keep my existing phone number?

Yes. Lwazi AI runs on a dedicated SA DID we provision, or we can port your existing number. Existing-number porting takes 3 to 10 business days.

What about accents and slang?

She is tuned on SA English and SA Afrikaans, not American or Netherlands Dutch. She handles everyday slang and code-switching. If a caller speaks another language she politely says she will transfer or take a message.

What if I want to cancel?
